There is no doubt , that the most healthful beverage is water , fresh water . But in some situations , you may not have many options , such as when your only option is to drink sea water , never fear : there is a rather easy way to turn it into fresh water !
Here 's how it's done :

Search for 2 containers , at least one of which must be able to withstand the heat of fire . Metal containers , glass containers and plastic containers strong even be able to be used . The container must be able to cover - either by way of cap or other seal . Fill one container 3/4 of the way with sea water .
